OPTIONAL: Interface optional neck flap (piece T) with knit interfacing to sturdy it.
Hand sew left edge of optional neck flap (piece T) to left collar facing, 1" from center.
Hand sew two snaps close to right edge of neck flap.
Hand sew opposite ends of two snaps onto right collar facing, the same distance from center and apart.
