Exceptions and Oddities, part 4

While the ladies' division shirts sometimes closed at the center front just as the men's did, for some reason, sometimes they closed in the back instead (just as the VOY undershirts did)!

DS9, 6x24 "Time's Orphan"
Jadzia's division shirt, for instance, closed up the center back:

Ezri had two division shirts; her first one closed up the front, as with the men's division shirts, but her later one closed up the back, as Jadzia's did.

DS9, 6x2 "Rocks and Shoals"
We sometimes saw this practice on supporting characters (and perhaps extras?) as well, as seen in Deep Space Nine's early sixth season episode "Rocks and Shoals":

Interestingly, Lisa Neely's back-closing DS9/NEM division shirt was, in fact, technically a jumpsuit, as it was actually attached to her "pants" so the whole garment only appeared to be pants and division shirt with an "open collar."
